About Cuda Counseling

My story begins in the chaos of the 2005 Christmas rush, when I lost my UPS delivery job after accidentally backing over two cones. I felt crushed, unsure of where to turn, and I cried more than I care to admit. Then came the turning point: I realized I couldn't stay stuck. I had to move forward.

What I thought was rock bottom became the foundation for something greater. Over the next 15 years, I built my career as a psychotherapist, and in 2017 I launched Cuda Counseling (C²).

At C², we understand that sometimes life can be served on the rocks, causing anxiety, depression, irritability, stress, and even a case of the f*ck-its. Our therapists are more than professionals; we're real people who understand that when life knocks you down, it's the bounce back that defines you.
