The office receptionist is available during these hours and may also be contacted via text at 315-717-7331.

Monday - Wednesday:   9 am - 3 pm

Thursday: 8 am - 3 pm

Friday: 9 am - 1 pm

Clinical Hours

Clinical appointments are available 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.* We strive to meet people's mental health needs while offering flexibility to meet our clients' busy schedules. All hours are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Monday: 9am - 10pm

Tuesday: 8am - 10pm

Wednesday: 10am - 10pm

Thursday: 10am-10pm

Friday: 7pm - 10pm

Every other Fri: 11am - 3pm

Saturday: 8am - 9pm

Sunday: 9:30am - 12pm

*Late evening and weekend appointments are telehealth only at this time.
