Born and raised in Upstate New York, Evan saw firsthand how counseling helped his family, which led him into the field. He holds a master's degree from Roberts Wesleyan College and has been a counselor since 2015. Born and raised in Upstate New York and living in the Mohawk Valley since age 12, Evan saw how counseling helped both himself and his family growing up—which is why he decided to enter the field. He attended Roberts Wesleyan College where he received a master's degree in social work and has been working as a counselor since graduating in 2015.

Evan has experience working with a wide range of ages both individually and in a family setting. He especially enjoys being able to help people heal from past hurts and traumas. When not at work you can usually find him out in nature in the Adirondacks or playing music with his faith community.

Wanda creates a focused, distraction-free space where meaningful connection and deeper therapeutic work can take place. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Internal Family Systems, grief counseling, and mindfulness practices.

With a master's degree from Yeshiva University's Wurzweiler School of Social Work and years of clinical experience, Wanda provides a culturally responsive and compassionate approach for teens, adults, and older adults. She works with clients navigating anxiety, addiction, grief, identity exploration, mood and neurodivergent disorders, postpartum experiences, and intergenerational trauma.

Outside of her clinical work, Wanda enjoys cycling, spending quality time with family, and traveling.

Her approach integrates evidence-based therapy with a focus on relationships and growth. Whether working with children, supporting parents, or guiding adults through trauma and anxiety, Rachel tailors her care to each client's unique needs.

Having lived in three different countries, Rachel now calls Central New York home and is passionate about giving back to her community. Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and (always) working on her relationship with coffee.

Craig holds a Bachelor's in Social Work from SUNY Plattsburgh and a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University, along with certifications in suicide prevention and cognitive behavioral therapy. He has extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum and people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Craig and his wife have been therapeutic foster parents for over 14 years and continue to foster children today. When not at work, you can find Craig working on his family's homestead or camping.

Originally from Texas, Sara now calls Upstate New York home and offers both in-person and telehealth services. Outside of work, you'll usually find her kayaking or spending time outdoors with her partner and their three dogs.

Outside of her professional work, Jennifer enjoys reading, writing poetry, and dancing. She is currently challenging herself to learn how to cook and values strong social connections and meaningful time with friends and family. One of her personal goals is to travel internationally and learn about cultures around the world.

She specializes with those who have integrated diagnoses such as substance use disorders alongside mental health disorders. Her ability to connect with clients allows her to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships, meeting people where they are and addressing each individual's unique needs.

Megan's areas of expertise include substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, chronic pain, and family issues.

When not working, you'll find her outside in nature enjoying time with her family at the baseball diamond. She loves to travel, swim, try new restaurants, and enjoys yoga.
